My stay at this hotel was amazing! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and so comfortable, exceeding my expectations for a hotel of this class. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, perfectly situated between the main Station and the shopping district, allowing for easy access to everything Kyoto has to offer. However, the dining experience, while decent, felt more like brunch and could have been improved. Overall, a great value for the quality and service provided.
